Who operates HENRY?
HENRY is operated by Mark Graham, trading as HENRY. For support, corrections or questions about your information, email support@highearnernotrichyet.uk.
Using the free tools
Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. HENRY does not receive those inputs or save them in a customer account. If you choose Save and update all tools, your HENRY profile—including any salary, bonus, equity, pension, benefit, spending and asset figures you enter—is stored in this browser’s local storage and its shared values are used to prefill relevant calculators on this device. A change made inside one calculator does not silently change that profile. You can clear the profile from the Tools page or by clearing browser site data.
If you choose Save / replace within a calculator, that tool’s inputs are stored separately in this browser and restore automatically when you next visit on that browser. A calculator-specific saved scenario takes precedence over shared profile defaults for that tool. The My HENRY tracker similarly stores only plans you explicitly save, including their name, scope, action descriptions, dates, completion state and progress snapshots. Restoring recalculates saved calculator inputs using the current model. Profiles, scenarios and plans are not sent to HENRY or synced between devices. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to see them; avoid saving on shared devices. Printing or saving a PDF uses your browser. The calculations and tracker provide educational planning aids; they do not make decisions about your eligibility for financial products.
Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any information you choose to include. We use this to respond to your enquiry, handle corrections and maintain the service. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in providing support and operating HENRY. Please do not email bank credentials, account statements or other sensitive financial documents.
Correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, address related follow-up or disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the enquiry. Our email service provider processes messages to deliver the correspondence.
The HENRY Brief
If you join the HENRY Brief, we store the email address you submit, the date you joined, your broad traffic-source category, your active subscription status and the version of the consent wording you accepted. We use this information only to send the Brief and occasional HENRY launch updates. Calculator inputs and results are not included or connected to your subscription record. Our basis is your consent.
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@highearnernotrichyet.uk. We retain an active subscription until you unsubscribe or the list is discontinued, and review inactive records at least annually. We do not sell the list or pass it to financial providers. A future email-delivery provider will process addresses only to deliver the Brief; this notice will be updated when that provider is appointed.
Hosting and technical information
The site is delivered through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Hosting services may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs to deliver the website, prevent abuse and diagnose errors. These technical records are separate from calculator inputs. Service delivery and security are legitimate interests. Provider-controlled processing, retention and international handling are described in the OpenAI privacy policy.
Optional usage counts
Usage measurement is off unless you choose “Allow usage counts” in the Optional usage measurement panel at the bottom of any page. We then count page views, links from knowledge articles to tools, prioritised-action links opened, tools edited and valid results displayed after an edit. We also count returning browser sessions on a later day. Only the page name, tool name, event category, broad traffic-source category and UTC calendar day are stored in aggregate. After consent, we classify organic search, paid search, paid social, Reddit, unpaid social, referral or direct/unknown traffic in your browser. For the £100k campaign test, we may also count one of two fixed message labels—tax_gap or cash_cost—when that recognised label is present in the link. Other message or campaign values are ignored. Raw referral URLs and campaign values are not sent. The first measured page in a browser tab is counted as a landing view, not a unique person. Missing referral information limits attribution. We do not send calculator inputs, results, visitor identifiers, full URLs, query strings or referral URLs to this feature. Hosting providers may still process technical request information as described above.
Your consent choice and, if enabled, the last day of a visit are stored in this browser. Temporary browser-session markers retain a broad acquisition category and help identify a return session without a visitor identifier. Closing a tab may reset this context. These are not synced across devices. You can turn measurement off at any time by choosing “No thanks”; this also removes the local last-visit and acquisition markers. Previously aggregated counts cannot be linked back to you or individually removed. Counts older than 90 days are removed when the next submission is processed. These counts cover consenting browsers only, not all visitors or unique people. Our basis for optional measurement is your consent.
Tool and product feedback
If you press “Send feedback”, we receive your selected usefulness or product-interest choice and, where relevant, an improvement category and tool name. This is a deliberate submission and works independently of optional usage measurement. We aggregate choices by UTC day in our Sites database; no calculator inputs, fictional demo figures or free-text comments are included. Counts older than 90 days are removed when the next submission is processed. Our legitimate interest is improving the tools and deciding which proposed features merit further investment. The separate email link opens your email app; sending it shares your email address and message under the contact terms above. Please do not include personal financial details.
Specialist interest and future features
The specialist-interest link opens your email application. HENRY receives a request only if you choose to send that email. HENRY will contact you first and will not pass your details to a provider without separate permission. Please do not include account numbers, identity documents, calculator inputs or financial statements. HENRY does not add advertising trackers or sell personal financial data. Account sign-in, bank connections and partner portals remain clearly labelled demonstrations; they do not create accounts, connect financial institutions or automatically submit referrals.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request portability where applicable.
